Fast Professional Service Restarting up company and needed old documents from computer. Computer hadn't been used for several years, wasn't working at all and didn't think it could be repaired. Alan was able to take in computer that day and said he had others ahead of me but would get to it asap. Wonderful Service I thought I had a problem with my computer's DC jack, but when I took it to Detor, he showed me it was just my charger. He recommended a reliable brand and where I could find it, and then didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee! He was able to see me within a couple of hours of calling, and on the day before a holiday to boot. Wonderful, personal service-- I will certainly seek him out in the future for other computer issues.
Professional and communicative. Had a very technical problem involving a delicate piece of equipment. Was explained concerns and options as well as alternative approaches to resolving the repair. Communicated honestly and professionally throughout the process.

Excellent Professional Service: Recently we replaced an old XP with a new WIN8 computer and had problems setting it up by ourselves. Al came to our rescue by coming to the house, setting up the new PC and transferring data from the old PC to the new one. Computer Virus Thanks to Al my computer is free from all viruses.i I had a major, major virus and was just about to throw the whole computer out and spend money on a brand new computer but found out it could be repaired for less and now I have the best spyware antivirus software installed which hopefully will prevent some of the problems in the future He took a great deal of time and I think my computer is faster than ever now!! Excellent Service Both my husband and I were having problems with our computers. A friend referred us to Al and Detor Computer Services. Al was very professional and patient. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Even though we are in Georgia and he is in Syracuse, he was able to fix everything on our computers and he is very reasonable in his pricing. We are very happy customers! I feel like I have a new computer!

Very quick and superior work I spilled coffee on my laptop keyboard and my PC died. I call Detor and was told I could bring in the PC that afternoon. Alan did an excellent job cleaning up the mess and fixing a few other problems with the PC. He's quick, does excellent work and is reasonably priced. Highly recommended. (Edited November 20, 2013)
