Reviews don't lie, Alan's your guy. I'm the guy who loves to tinker and as a rule of thumb, hates having people work on my computers for me. Excellent service; very affordable! I had a Laptop and a desktop that needed servicing. I had taken the desktop to B**t Buy with no satisfaction. Detor computer was able to meet me when it was convenient for me and explain the service and results in plain language that I could understand. Awesome Service Recently my hard drive went and I didn't know what to do. I did a Google search and found Detour Computer Service. The owner Alan, answered and soon put me at ease. I set up appointment to drop laptop off and in a very short time it was fixed. I sell real estate, and my computer is my lifeline. I really appreciate the timely manner my problem was fixed. Attention to detail I made an appointment with Detor computer services due to problems with my PC. Al showed up on time at 6pm and promised that the work would be done the following morning. At 8am the following day Al called as promised and returned my equipment by 830am. Al is my "go to guy" for our computer needs and he should be yours too!!
Excellent Service Recently my husband and I brought our computers to Detor Computer Services. This was our second time using Detor Services. Both times (Alan) Detor solved our computer problems. Excellent service I found Detor Computer Services by a Google search when my laptop died. When I called, Alan (the owner) answered all my questions and was very professional. When I brought my laptop to him, he took the time to explain everything. He also kept me updated during the diagnosis and repair (it turned out to be a bad hard drive). I was very happy with the result...my laptop returned and fixed like new! I recommend Detor Computer Services!
