We arrived about 20 minutes early and was called back within minutes of arriving. My son had sealants placed and a panoramic xray performed at his last appt. He is very inquisitive and the dental assistant made sure he knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. The front desk staff were very courteous and smiling! As always Dr. Tingling was her usual awesome self! Very pleased with the visit and would definitely recommend.
It was the best experience we have had taking my 8 year old son for his 6 month check up. It was his 1st visit at this office and only time he has ever allowed anyone to do a full dental exam/cleaning. The Dental Assistant Lidia was Fantastic, very informative as she went through each step, so friendly and very patient with my son as well as Dr. Tingling and rest of the staff, just Awesome all around! Destination Smile is absolutely wonderful!
I was very pleased with the level or service provided at Destination Smiles and I hope it always stays this way (or even get better). They always talked to the kids and on their level. The waiting area was clean!! The technician was amazing and made my son feel at ease. All the staff made my son feel at ease right away!!!! His Provider for the day was very very knowledgeable and enlightened me on topics I never even heard of, such as how trauma in the womb can effect their teeth and how to identify such things. My experience at Denstination smile was great. The staff was so friendly and patient with us. The doctor made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions.

This was Parker's first visit. She is 2 and they were amazing. Normally she's not very cooropative like many 2 year olds but they were gentle and reassuring. Dental visit went well. No tears at all. I love this place. Sad to be leaving due to us moving. The dental hygienist were great and Dr. Tingling was wonderful.
The entire office is inviting and friendly. My daughter loves the activities in the waiting room and we are always so amazed by the art on the walls throughout the office. So many things to distract and help focus an apprehensive little ones attention! The dental assistants are always friendly, gentle, professional and PATIENT!! We love Dr. Biggs and the whole office staff works hard to be thorough but quick about the process making it as minimally invasive as a trip to the dentist can be.
Everything was Great! Thanks to all the staff and Dr. Biggs!!
