We really had a great experience with Dr. Biggs and the entire staff at Destination Smile. I'd recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a pediatric dentist. My six year old had to have an extraction and the entire environment is so non-scary and bright and welcoming - it just makes the entire process easy and not fearful. I've never had to wait more than two or three minutes to be seen. The staff seem to truly enjoy children!
My son chipped his tooth on a Saturday afternoon. I left a message for Dr. Tingling and she called me back almost immediately! I sent her a pic to her phone and after a discussion she said come in first thing Monday morning. Can't believe how amazing it felt to get a phone call so quickly and one of her first appointments on Monday! Great practice and doctors!!
My child's first visit wasn't under regular circumstances and for the high level of stress that I felt as a parent, the staff was most professional, helpful and comforting. The intake process was smooth and quick. Everyone seemed very proactive and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to every parent. P.S. Your children will LOVE the decor! 5 STARS!
I drive pretty far out of my way to come to Destination Smile because they are just that good. And kind. And gentle. And just all around wonderful.
From the time I walked in with my child I felt comfortable. The staff was very professional and put my child at ease. The Dr. let me know specifically what needed to be done for my child in order to get his teeth to a healthy state.
