So friendly and patient with my daughter.
I was impressed by how child friendly the staff was. My preteen was made to feel comfortable and at ease for her dental procedure. They interacted with young children in adjoining rooms very well. There were children as young as 3 in adjoining rooms. The staff took extra time to make sure they relaxed and at ease. They took extra time to calm the young children down. Very impressivd
They did a really nice job at calming my daughter down and they had excellent patience. Great experience.
AMAZING as always!!!! I gave the front desk staff the wrong insurance card and caused a good amount of confusion. They were so patient and wonderful and figured what I had done :) The dental assistant, Ms. Leslie was so wonderful that my 2 year old could not wait for his turn in the dentist chair :) It is always a great experience and the office and equipment are always so clean :) Thank you Destination Smiles :)
Easy and fun cleaning and x-rays for the kids. Very clean, fun decor and fun, nice, informative employees. So easy we found this place and well worth the 25 minute drive. My kids enjoyed themselves and didn't get upset at all during the entire visit.
I called the office on Sunday night, left a message, and Dr. Tingaling called me back quickly. She had me send her pictures of my son's tooth to rule out a dental emergency, and saw us in the office first thing Monday morning. His tooth looks as good as new!
Over all visit was perfect for my 3 children. I have recommend people to your office for their children and their visits.
First visit today. Love the assistant and Dr Biggs. Was not impressed with the front desk person. She did not greet us and never once cracked a smile. She was more concerned w my insurance. Not friendly at all.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Happy to have been referred, as I will also extend the courtesy to refer as well.
