Great bunch of people,they got my sense of humor,bought my sister and I lunch at their cafe,food was awesome.They cared about my well being leaving the shop LOL.I recommend Cowboy as a sales person,great guy,great conversation,worked hard on my behalf,got a great bike,great price and had actually a good time at the shop waiting to get my bike.I would recommend this shop and will buy my next bike there provided i get a sugar daddy.
Although I ended up buying my bike at the Tacoma store, both locations are great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure and more than willing to answer all my questions, (lol, sometimes more than once). Fair retail pricing and quality bikes, (I bought a used cycle). I had been to the other H-D shops in the area first, save yourself a bunch of time and go here,first.
Waked in to work out a deal on a new street glide. Sales staff wouldn’t let me browse bikes because I didn’t have an appointment due to the corona.... rest of the store was open and fine to go around but got kicked out of the show room... Shame on you guys for treating customers like trash, emailed the manager and got no reply. Spent my money at Jet City HD instead.

The people who work there are so amazing and knowledgeable with everything that you need to ask them because they know pretty much everything! They’re also very helpful and nice. I would recommend all my friends go to destination because I’ve got a great selection of bikes and merchandise and their staff is the best there is!!
