Absolutely no qualms with the people in the dealership, all of whom will greet you and are extremely helpful. In fact, back when I rode a 2005 Ultra they helped me out of one rough spot where I could very well have been stranded. Coffee's always strong and hot. Place is always in great shape. The Harley product itself is what's keeping this review from 5 stars, not the dealership; my Ultra shift linkage failed me repeatedly, and is why I started riding something else. 12 years later it's exactly the same design.
Searched for a 2016 Freewheeler and found it here locally instead of Black Hills. I made the call and I made the deal with a Promise that they'd make it a Big Deal ( horns honking and an announcement) like they do at Latus Harley and they didn't...:( They didn't want to scare the customers WTF?? Seriously, their in a Harley Dealership for Pete sake!! My very first Bike and Chose your dealership over another one.... Otherwise the Ladies Rock!!!! C. Engler
