Had them put a tire - simple right - nope. Jacked up my brake pad. Did they offer to make it right (as any reputable repair shop would do) sure they would put my new brake pads on (that I didn’t need until you attempted to put on my new tire on) for free - right after I paid for them!!! Horrible!!!!!
Was looking online for a new ride.... Destination cycle came up and had the best deal I could find compared to everywhere else....called and spoke to Andrea she was very helpful and sent me all information I needed and was big factor in purchasing my new bike very helpful and friendly staff well worth the 7.5 hours I drove to get my new 2017 vstrom 650. Thank you all look forward to doing business again..
Although they still have my wife's bike, they have been super nice and knowledgeable. They earned my respect the first t8me I spoke to them on the phone. I have full faith the will get us running again. Than you!
I was surfingCycle Trader a couple weeks ago and spot a scooter i was looking for quite awhile. 2006 Honda Big Ruckus. Dropped a line and received a call late the same day on a Saturday. I would like to thank Andrea at Destination cycle for all the help of my first motorcycle purchase and the rest of the staff on making it happen.
Just purchased a 2018 SV650 at destination cycles (my first motorcycle) and I was extremely satisfied with how helpful and attentive the staff was. I drove 4+ hours because Destination Cycles had the best price I could find nationwide. I would highly recommend them to anybody interested in Motorcycles or Scooters.
I am so pleased with the service and friendliness of all of the staff. I went in looking for a trike and within 3 days they had me a very excellent trike. I am 75 years old and they couldn't have found a more comfortable better riding, better handling trike than my Honda Goldwing. I am so excited and having the time of my life with my trike and my grandson riding behind me. Thank you again for the wonderful buying experience and the overall awesome way I was treated.
