GREAT PEOPLE PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE
Today was my first experience at/with Destination Cycle. My Yamaha Viking stays at the ranch and was in need of a full PM service. I dropped it off at 10:30 this morning and by 4PM I received a call advising it was finished and ready to pick up! The SAME DAY! WOW! What’s even better? The price was less than quoted/expected! Great people, worked a deal that was amazing for an awesome bike Andrea suggested. The deal the finance manager found was unbelievable. Being back on a bike feels great. Also, and very important, they have Veterans helping Veterans. Thanks to the dealership and crew.
Great customer service!!! never been on a dirt bike, showed me step by step how to ride and operate correctly. Very good teaching tactics! answered all questions, very friendly people. Definitely would come back!
I absolutely love this place!!! They have no issue servicing my Dyna or my husbands Indian, Chuck in parts knows his business! Thanks again Destination for ordering tires for our bikes and keeping us on the road!
Greatest staff I’ve ever dealt with!
Sales experience was good and they were nice as long as here was money to be spent. Problems started when we took our over UTV for service and the top was “missing” when we returned for pickup. They accused us of not having a top when we took it there and finally offered a new top of inferior quality. Never again!
