After sending Destination Cycle a facebook message on monday " while they were closed" I got a quick response from Michael Campbell the sales manager. When they opened on Tuesday Morning I received a phone call and was able to negotiate a great deal to trade in my 2019 Can Am Defender Xmr for a 2020 Can Am Defender XMR Max. Leslie was AMAZING! She went out of her way to send pictures and videos of the bikes we were interested in. Which was a big help being out of town. The over all experience was great! She stayed on top of everything. Kept us informed every step of the way to make pickup that much easier. At pickup, the bike was in excellent shape and clean! The bike runs and drives GREAT!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely do business again with them in the future!!

Was in a bind, these guys took care of me. They waited 25 minutes past closing on a Saturday evening to help me out. They could have changed me whatever they wanted, but were cheaper than most places for a rear tire installed!! If I am in Kerrville, this is my shop. BTW, the tire swap took all of 45 min! Super fast.
Great attention! Great people, we came from mexico, they help us to charge a battery with no cost! They are great :)
