Wish I could review their condo, Enclave, but since they cancelled our booking over a month after we booked and paid our deposit I can’t comment on the actual place. No explanation and no desire to help us find another property. Poor customer service and very unprofessional! Took our business elsewhere and can’t wait until our trip! Renter beware. Book through another company!!!
We just returned from our stay at the Destiny Dreams House. The house was beautiful; however, the customer service from Destin Getaways was horrible. Both our hot tub and washing machine were broken. We called numerous times and spoke with different people all promising that they would send maintenance out to fix the issues. After days of calling and emailing, no one ever came to fix anything. We stayed with Destin Getaways and our experience couldn't of been better. It was a breeze checking in and the beaches were beautiful! We enjoyed playing a free round of golf every day! We will book with them again. Thanks for a fabulous vacation!
The location of Crystal Dunes 204 was great. The unit needed work though & I only got a recording when trying to call Destin Getaways & never received a call back. There was holes in the ceiling, baseboard. Rust on return air vents. No handle on balcony door from outside. We had to leave it cracked to get back in. Great location, but would not recommend unit or Destin Getaways.
I enjoyed how close we were to the beach . They really need a security guard to be roaming the grounds at all times because of a very strong presence of weed in the air . Other than that it was a great place to stay
Discounts were a little misleading even after double checking with customer service but we were still able to save $$ by what was available. Property was excellent & priced well. We would definitely consider going through Destin Getaway again.
