Awesome trip. We stayed at Terrace 2. People post that it is old. It is old. So are most of properties on the island. But it was clean and had the amenities we needed. The beach view & access was perfect. The heated swimming pool was so pleasant. My grandkids are soooo happy. The property "crew" was plentiful and very pleasant. I cannot think of a single thing to complain about.
The room Was nice and clean our view overlooked the parking lot but could see the beach , the really great part that ruined our visit. The room we had was on the 3rd floor and the elevator went out yesterday afternoon, had to do the stairs. The internet didn't work even the lady at the desk tried 3 different passwords. Nothing 2days. Now today we checked out asap cause the elevator was still out. The stairs were like a sauna not to mention flooded and the mgmnt. The ONLY good quality is the proximity to the beach. Other than that the place sucks! The pool is tiny and anything you do in the community room you pay extra for...pool, foozball, etc. Our room smells like sewer, the internet is slow, the tv doesn't change channels most of the time, the quality of room finishes and bed comfort is less than some holiday inn type establishment and the breakfast is Motel 6ish. We stayed at the Bungalows and it was great. We was literally a block away from any and everything! Would definitely recommend

The room was nice and everyone was friendly. Its right on the beach, so even if you do not get oceanfront your liyterally a few foot steps away from beach.
