RecommendedFantastic location and the best ocean views on Tybee Island! The cleanliness left something to be desired, burned coffee left in the pot and it looked like the only hit the worst spots when cleaning and left the rest. Really friendly and helpful staff with lots of recommendations for dining. This was our first trip to Tybee Island and we will absolutely be back!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced and it is dirty! You only get clean towels ever couple of days and the showers are gross. NEVER again! The staff was the least accommodating of anywhere I have ever stayed.
The lady behind the desk was rude, young lady, didn’t care if we were there or not, I ended up leaving an item there, (my fault) called to see if they could ship it to me, she said it’s gone, I said can you please check I know exactly where it is, no it’s gone! Will not go back, rent a condo next time, old hotel and outdated, but the rudeness is what did it in for me.
always enjoy our stay there because it is right on be Beach. you can sit right on the ocean or on your balcony and not miss a thing! Beautiful sunrise and sets both. staff was extremely nice.
Nice rooms and right on the beach!
The price they charge and then sneak another charge is dirty. When I checked in and paid my balance, another charge was posted on my credit card and when I called and asked about it, they said it was balance. The daily rom service leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t recommend you wasting your money on this place. Very disappointing.
Very nice and friendly. Quiet atmosphere and nice spacious rooms
We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite east. . We did not have an ocean view, our room opened into a small garden patio. The sofa was very uncomfortable. and the matress needed to be replaced. dirty coffee pot and dirty dishes in the cabinet.
