This was my first visit. Dr. Stutzman took time to explain what was happening with my thumb and what to expect as time goes on. I appreciated his direct manner and his willingness to listen to my concerns. He didn’t apply pressure to have surgery.
What stood out was he listened, asked the right questions and explained everything thoroughly. Came up with the right option and I am feeling better already.
So far, everything has gone very well. The wrap on my hand will come off on Friday, and then it's just a matter of a little physical therapy, and I hope to be back to swinging a golf club with ease. Dr. Stutzman was great. He is personable, professional, and thorough, and from my first appointment to waking up in recovery, I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
Have seen Dr. Stutzman for several hand issues and always been able to obtain great results.
Doctor Stutzman saw I was misdiagnosed right away can't thank him enough.now I'm on the best track to getting back the use of my finger's.he was in no hurry to get me on my way and took the time to explain everything that was necessary to getting my finger's fixed. I had to have a cortisone injection to relieve arthritis pain in my hand. Dr. Stutzman was thorough, professional and gave me the injection with minimal discomfort.
Dr. Stutzman is an incredibly compassionate doctor who genuinely loves what he does. He’s an excellent listener and explains things in a clear and understandable way. He’s also a fantastic surgeon!

Dr. Stutzman is an excellent surgeon. The carpal tunnel releases that he performed on me were very successful, virtually painless, and left nearly undetectable scarring.I had been nervous and skittish about going to have the first hand operated on, but it helped so much & it went so well that I actually looked forward to having another operation?!?!He's well educated, and given that, he turned out to be surprisingly personable.
