I am kicking myself for not making the switch sooner. A nice, clean office. Very friendly staff. I had a short wait time, and actually making my appointment was easy as well. Dr. Thome was professional, extremely helpful, made sure I understood everything, and we came up with a plan of action. They treated our dog very kindly and carefully, which means a lot. Cost was very affordable and we are very happy we made the switch!
I've been bringing my fur babies here for years. We usually see Dr. Parbs, who is just wonderful! Very thorough and caring. We have seen other vets when she is not available and they are great as well. The front desk and vet techs are kind and attentive. Hands down the best clinic in town!
Great staff, always helpful & we love Dr. Thome! I would recommend this vet to anyone because everyone is so caring to my pets.
The staff is consistently very friendly. I was sad to have to switch Veterinary Practices when I moved from Yakima to the Tri Cities. I was very pleasantly surprised when we established care here. The staff is the best and treat my critters with a lot of compassion. Highly recommended.
