I took my dog in twice and they said she was fine they couldn't find anything wrong with her. A week later she is sicker not getting better I take her to another vet they find something wrong and have hopefully helped her for her to get better. This clinic just wanted me to keep making appointments and have tests done that supposedly came back fine. They just wanted the money.

NO, if you love your animal as a child, or one of the family, please do not take you animal there. my parents dog, Grader, was recovering from a bursted gallbladder. as I said recovering. eating, talking, and happy. grader had to be removed from a emergency vet for 8 hours and was put in this vet. for the whole 8 hours he was Neglected! after his visit at this vet he was lifeless when my parents picked him up. the IV that was in his leg was not in the vain his IV blew. where were the staff and checking him. his body was fill... read more
Desert Vet Clinic and Dr. Thome take awesome care of both my boys! My older boy Vader has seen Dr. Thome for a year now - through all of his puppy shots, neutering, and retained baby teeth extraction. My younger boy Chewie has seen her for about 3 months for his puppy shots, and will be neutered soon. I wouldn't take them anywhere else! The office staff are friendly and helpful! Dr. Parbs is so caring and knowledgeable, she's the best veterinarian in Richland! Great place!
Desert Vet has been my veterinary choice for years and several different pets including dogs and cats. They offer excellent personal care and the best medical options. Although I don't ever question their care advise and suggested medically necessary treatments, I do feel they could offer more conservative financial options or payments.
