RecommendedEveryone is so nice and caring about my pets. Through these difficult times they have all managed to make me feel like my pets are so special. Even car side making extra time to talk with me when we have an appointment and I am waiting. I know my pets are getting great loving care. Thank you you guys are the best ❤️

Guess the vet isn't like a regular doc. I was 8 mins late and they moved on. No text or call just sorry, you're done. Next. Okay. Yes, it's my fault I was late, but the front desk girl didn't appear for at least 3 mins while I waited in the empty reception area, and she was rude about being late. Customer service goes a long way, even when the customer is late. Oh well, my dog really liked going there, but I guess we will need to find somewhere else to take care of him and take my money. I’ve never had a better experience with a vet under the worst circumstances possible. My little guy passed away on the way there for his emergency visit. I only found them because they were closest to my house. They sent us a card with everyones handwritten name on it. They are the most loving, understanding, and helpful vet in the Tri. I won’t use anyone else going forward. Thank you Desert Veterinary Clinic! ❤️
