I had the worst experience here yesterday evening. Made sure to arrive early to my body wrap appointment but was left ignored in the body wrap room. I planned my evening around my appointment only to never be wrapped and spend the rest of my evening upset. Waited 30+minutes as well as rang the bell 4 times with no response from the girl upfront.
