ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS- No support when they over bill you and they only give In-store credit. The employees here are under staffed and over worked- especially uneducated regarding account management intentionally I feel- Consequently I was billed even tho I asked to freeze my account like they recommended. YOU MUST SIGN A PAPER which they didn’t have me do only said everything was “good to go” and I was billed a full month I didn’t want. The employees are always very very kind, and they know their products extremely well! They are so good at letting me know about the upcoming specials on memberships and products. I have been a customer for a long time and it’s always a pleasure! One more very important thing is the place is always clean! The beds are sanitized even the stool and shelf. So everywhere you touch is cleaned! I’ve personally seen them do it.
This salon is my favorite! I had never tanned prior to joining Desert Sun months ago, and couldn’t see myself tanning anywhere else! :)
Had a great time using the platinum tanning bed, the gal at the counter was so sweet and welcoming, overall great experience!
Always super clean & the girls are always very friendly!
I love desert suns spray tans! They don’t make me look orange and it stays a good bronze for a good amount of time!! Highly recommend 🙌🏼
