The tenants here are amazing besides the managers daughter who has been extremely hostile and vulgar to just about everyone who lives here. Not to mention her son who flips off other tenants and tries to sell their kids marijuana. The manager just pretends to not know what’s going on and lets her family get away with making everyone around them miserable. The manager and her family are very shady. I hope there will be a change in management and she takes her horrible daughter and grandson with her on the way out!
Rhonda is a phenomenal Apartment Manager, she has made living here easy and peaceful. She goes above and beyond and always has a wonderful disposition, you can bring anything to her and if it is within her power she will always help. On top of that she goes above and beyond, hosting activities for kids as well as just acts of kindness such as purchasing extra school supplies for kids here in need of them. The appartments are nice, but Rhonda is what makes them great.

I'm a 64-year-old disabled man. I just spent hours with Rhonda few days ago she has gone out of her way to help me get into this apartment complex. I hope to live here for years
