Amy was hard on my gums I never had a cleaning hurt this much, I bled quite a bit, I was not having a tooth extracted. Yes, I need to floss more, but the male hygienist I had six months did a thorough job and did not hurt my gums. I do not want her again. Ouch.
Office visit fine. Became annoyed with the excessive appointment reminders via phone, text and email. 1 reminder is sufficient. Also, if you want to update your info send it out ahead of time with one of your numerous appointment reminder. You could even set up an online application to update your information, instead of in the office.

The service was good and timely. All questions were answered.
This dental practice is always professional yet very friendly. There seems to be a good camaraderie among the staff and doctors; the office layout is efficient yet somewhat private; and it's supported by modern, state of the art equipment. It's a nice dentist office.
The dental hygienist was acutely sensitive to my needs and explained, succinctly,the purpose of updated x-rays in addition to cleaning strategies supporting dental health wellness. She was gentle, through and pragmatically kind and courteous. Dr. Burgis was very kind and knowledgeable; sharing input regarding my current dental posture regarding gum health and wellness. As normal the whole visit was conducted in a very professional manner.
I waited almost 5 minutes before I was checked in and about 20 minutes for my actual cleaning appointment. If both had been done sooner, I would have given you a 5 instead of a 4.
