A generally efficient and courteous appointment.
Dr. Hilton and his assistant, Mykala, have very professional, caring, and most importantly, calm and soothing chair-side manners. I have a bit of anxiety about dentists, but I never felt afraid or stressed as they worked on me. Note to Mykala: Thanks for asking how I was doing from time to time. That meant a lot to me.
Lacey is a fantastic hygienist. So professional and very caring.
Items which could be improved upon: Paperwork required to be filled out had many redundancies. Calls directed to an automated message with options insinuates you do not value the callers time. It was dissappointing that the administration was so segregated and could only do specific functions. IE one person can book cleanings, one person can book doctor visits, one person can explain finances. The experience would be heightened if everyone was cross-trained and when one person is out the other could fill in.

Its been one year since I have had dentures. your staff has been friendly and understanding in this situation. I am very very happy with the caring staff that you have. This was a hard transition for me to make and they have been caring and understanding through out the entire situation. Thank you to all of you!!!
I love your office but I especially love my hygienist Sarah! She provides the best service I've ever had and is the reason I keep coming back year after year.
