I highly recommend Desert Coach Rv. They saved us a lot of money and Wade and his staff were outstanding! They all went above and beyond! Definitely worth the drive from Buhl, Idaho. Great job!!
We found the trailer of our dreams at Desert Coach, 350 miles from where we lived, and Wade was instrumental in bringing it all together. He was responsive to our on-line inquiry, answered all our questions, and in one short day, he had the loan completed, the trailer prepped, and everything ready for us when we arrived. Excellent service! My girlfriend and I wouldn't have bought our trailer ANYWHERE else. In fact, the way we were treated by our salesman Brian was incredible, he was so informative and pressure free...he was the reason we made our decision to buy through Desert Coach! And after we bought our trailer they were so helpful to teach us how to set it up and Wade even delivered and set it up for us the first time, taking time out of his day (TWICE!) to make sure we were all set! After visiting every RV dealer in St George and finding them slipshod and lacking we were headed back home to Cedar City. We saw the Desert RV sign along the freeway and decided to pull in. Darron the salesman who greeted us was lowkey and not a bit pushy, showed us what he had, exactly what we were looking for. Wade made the numbers work for our tradein and we drove home today in our new Forester. We were treated like adults and most appreciated. Thanks fellas.
Getting an RV from Desert Coach RV was by far the worest experience of my 59 years life . My trailer has had more problems than you could even imagine. In there shop for mouths. As far as the sales manager ( never once called me back on anything he said he would).I would not get an RV from them ever again.I could go on 2 way more but not enough time... PS ...get your RV else ware.Very bad experience to say the least. ...
Dealing with this place was a total joke!!! From the female who is about as rude as anyone shouldn't be who answers a phone for a job! To the repair under righter who couldn't tell me they didn't fix the TV . They are so bad there is a web page dedicated to all the bad experiences they won't allow to stay on this page. Anything negative is deleted. And I'm not totally sure they didn't make my brakes worse than when I drove in. Thus place couldn't be more shade! F.U desert coach r v!!!!
