Dr. Derouin treated my 90 year old uncle for venous insufficiency for almost two months until Uncle had an ablation done by Dr. Blass. The excellent care Uncle received at Dr. Derouin’s Big Pine Key office healed the sores on his legs, which was necessary prior to surgery. Dr. Derouin genuinely seemed to care about Uncle’s condition and helped him stay positive during the process, explaining the things he did and how they would help. I would definitely choose Dr. Derouin again for treatment.
