Every time I've been here it's an hour wait even having an appointment.
Worth the wait. Dr. Fiedler is a trustworthy, excellent Doctor
Dr Fiedler cancelled my last 2 appointments after I had scheduled time off from work. On the third appointment, I arrived at the office to find out there was a 90 minute to 2 hour wait-more time off wasted. When I confronted the office staff, they were rude and could not care less. I had be going to Dr Fiedler for a few years. To be treated like this -I just stated You're Fired. If you need to waste your time-go to Dr Fiedler
Unless you have a lot of time and love sitting in a waiting room over an hour don't go here !!
I set up an appointment because I have a painful cyst. I set up the appointment last week, gave all my information including my insurance ID and I show up to the appointment today after leaving work, missing out on money, and arranging child care and she said we don't accept your insurance plan SERIOUSLY? they couldn't have told me that when I set up the appointment? now i'll have to wait MORE time and be in pain until I can get seen my a derm dr.
No respect at all for patients and their time...waiting times have been repeatedly over an hour past appointment time. No matter how good the Dr is...total disrespect for clients time.
