They are very professional and knows what they are doing
If you can ever get in, the staff and PA are great. I never actually saw a doctor However, the follow up and scheduling are something to be desired. I will be looking somewhere else for an appointment that does not get caught in a constant rescheduling loop with an occasional, "can you come in today" phone call.
This team is awesome , Dr Lloyd and her nurse were very sympathetic to my needs . I felt very comfortable sharing my concerns
Klara is unreliable, the front desk staff is as well. Will take my insurance money elsewhere.
Very orderly check in procedure staff professional and thorough. Doctor Penny provided a patient friendly examination and understandable information. I would recommend their practice.
