Called 3 times to have my son's prescription refilled and had to "leave a message" each time. Called the pharmacy and they faxed a request and STILL no refill. Each appointment is all of 10 minutes and they are very quick to collect payment but something as simple as calling in a refill can not even be handling in a timely manner. Absolutely ridiculous.

I live in a state with minimal coverage by dermatologists. Living at a high altitude necessitates a thorough skin exam. I schedule an exam when I drive east and am thoroughly checked out. What more could I ask for? Pleasant, cordial, friendly and on time has been my experience for each visit.

I love this office. I actually go to all three offices depending where I'm going to be that day. I see Christina Chao. I get my body checked regularly due to skin cancer that runs in my family. I did have skin cancer and it was removed my Christina. She did a great job. I like the fact that she called me as soon as possible with results. If I call and leave a message my call is returned promptly. My sister referred me here and I will refer other people.
