RecommendedMy Son was seen today by Dr. Jacob Klaustermeier for a skin rash and I have to say our experience there was great! Both Dr. Klaustermeier and his staff were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who is having skin issues.
It’s impossible to get through on the phones to make an appointment. I’m put on hold more times than I can count. The doctor I see has to cancel my appointment because she’ll be out of the office and now she can’t see me until mid-March. 🤦🏼♀️
I saw Stephanie Pasley at the new Peoria office today. She is amazing! She was so nice, compassionate and gave me hope for a problem I have had for 10 years and haven't gotten help with from anyone else. Thank you Stephanie!
I was originally wanting to go somewhere different after they told me they were going to do a mohs procedure and expressed concern prior about the scar I'd have due to a previous removal of melanoma. They assured me itvwould be ok. I get there, and instead of the mohs procedure, they went ahead and took out an inch and a half by 3 inch piece of skin that left me with 6 stiches inside and 9 on the outside. Dr. Kao is the best and what an excellent team he has surrounding him.
Having problems with their billing & processing insurance pmts. Made 3rd call today. Keep being told 'posting errors'.
Stephanie the nurse Practitioner was very nice and reassuring and answered all my questions . The rest of the staff was also very friendly and efficient.
my husband has had a suspicious smile on the bottom of his foot and I finally talked him into going to get it looked at , he has a fear of needles and they were so great with him, laughed with him and me and made us very comfortable in what has been a stressful worry for us and still is until those results come back.....bedside manner there is amazing..I would highly recommend to anyone I know ...Dr Lione is so fun and so are his assistants .. great experience
