I tested positive for a Covid on 12/30. During this time I was having the worst flare up of psoriasis. I called 12/30 to see if I could be seen before my 1/23 appointment to get some relief. They told me I couldn’t. On 12/31 I called to speak to a nurse and explained again I tested positive for Covid and In the worst flare I’ve ever been in. They told me a nurse would call me back. I was ordered to have some blood work done in order to refill a prescription. This was done on November 24th. I have called four times since the blood work was completed and they have not refilled my prescription or called me to tell me the results or why my prescription has not been refilled. One of my appointments was rescheduled twice so it is very hard to even get in touch with my doctor through an appointment.
I’m not sure they even have a doctor. After spending over 400, I still have my itch painful rash and it’s spreading. I could hardly get someone to look at it and that was for under a minute
RecommendedMy daughter had a horrible staph infection over her entire body. I called the office late and Dr. Leone saw us, correctly diagnosed and treated her. He and Dr. Shupbach were completely amazing and kept a close eye on her. They always responded so quickly to all my questions. They are simply amazing!!!
Peoria office needs better management. We sit no less than 30- 45 minutes in waiting room before even being called back. Told " they are behind" every single time. It appears they dont allow enough time for patient appointments. Waiting a bit every once in a while is understandable but every time.....unacceptable. Need better time management skills.

I’ve seen both Dr. Schupbach and Dr. Leone since they’ve opened (10 years?) and won’t go anywhere else. I have an excessive # of abnormal moles and am seen quarterly or semi yearly for skin checks. They’re the best only biopsy what stands out not 10+ and then follow up with those that aren’t quite right. Thank you!
