The office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Called to verify insurance as I am a patient of Dr. Sexon and my insurance changed. The front office staff hung up on me. Take your services elsewhere !
I have seen Dr. Boyher at both the New Castle and Greenwood locations for treatment of my roseaca. Him and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are so nice and friendly and everything is explained very well and all questions are answered. I highly recommend Dermatology Inc.
A small bump appeared on my forehead, and it was not responding to the topical Fluorouracil treatments being applied to shrink it. It was decided I needed the Mohs surgery to remove the tumor. I appreciate how kind and professional Dr. Katherine Hrynewycz was in helping me through this process so quickly.
Have gone to Cassie for several years now and I couldn't be happier!! Our son has seen both Dr. Brashear as well as Cassie ....the office staff are friendly and welcoming!
I had low expectations walking in due to some of these heated reviews, but I had a great experience at this practice. Very caring physician who took plenty of time answering all of my questions and did a really gentle minor surgery. Very kind and caring nurse. All the front desk staff are sweet and personable. Had a minor insurance snafu and everyone was apologetic and helpful. It's a bit rare to get treated like a person at doctor's offices these days, rather than a number on an insurance card.
