A small bump appeared on my forehead, and it was not responding to the topical Fluorouracil treatments being applied to shrink it. It was decided I needed the Mohs surgery to remove the tumor. I appreciate how kind and professional Dr. Katherine Hrynewycz was in helping me through this process so quickly.
Have gone to Cassie for several years now and I couldn't be happier!! Our son has seen both Dr. Brashear as well as Cassie ....the office staff are friendly and welcoming!
I had low expectations walking in due to some of these heated reviews, but I had a great experience at this practice. Very caring physician who took plenty of time answering all of my questions and did a really gentle minor surgery. Very kind and caring nurse. All the front desk staff are sweet and personable. Had a minor insurance snafu and everyone was apologetic and helpful. It's a bit rare to get treated like a person at doctor's offices these days, rather than a number on an insurance card. My husband and I had the worst experience here! You are just a number here and only care about making money and overcharged us. Go to a local place that's not a corporation. Do NOT recommend!
If you want children to handle your care, this is the place to go! The management is all in their 20’s and run off pure emotion and not business. I heard the manager talking about an employee. I do not know how a lawsuit hasnt been slapped on these young ladies yet but save your time and money. Doctors are good but unfortunately the petty staff ruins it. Save your money!
