Great Experience! Office very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and followed up with us to make sure we were better!
So far, my experience has been great! The original medicine prescribed was not covered and the nurse and staff worked their hardest to find a medication my insurance would cover. Great atmosphere and my wait time was not very long at all!
Dr. Henson is wonderful and and does a great job. My issue is with the office staff. I was over charged several times due to having met my deductible but billing staff stating that I hadn't. Had to have my insurance company call them. Then had to wait several weeks for refund. Plus, you could not get them to answer the phone to discuss the situation. It became very frustrating.
Love this Clinic. Always so friendly & knowledgeable. Would not go anywhere else.
I believe the staff was great. I have had appointments at other doctors where I had to wait hours after my appointment time just to be called. I was in and out within about 30 minutes. Dr. Henson was great. Took care of me and made sure if I felt any pain, she would try to eliminate any that I had. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they don't take care credit.
