Awful. Dr, Strasswimmer may have excellent credentials but he is an arrogant boar with limited patient interactive skills. He actually walked out on me in the middle of a question I was asking--this was quite deliberate as I called him back. He speaks to you through his nurse. A disgrace to his profession.
Professional, able, competent, well trained, good staff.
Dr. Lampuri is excellent she takes care of everything you need...I am planning on going back to her for maybe some cosmetic procedures she definitely examined me for cancer did the screening for cancer and took care of spots that could be potential our problems in the future if she went way above and beyond in my opinion I think she’s excellent
I am super happy with the care and outcome of my procedure that took place on July 31, 2019. Dr. Krathen and his staff were very professional, but still very personal and caring. At all times, I felt comfortable and cared for. From the staff at the front office to the staff who assist the Doctor, they all seemed to be happy to be at work and happy to help me. The staff was very helpful and compassionate. Dr. Strasswimmer took time to chat with us and explained exactly what was needed to my husband, who was having the Moh's surgery on the side of his face. He did not rush us, was very professional in an amicable manner. The result is perfect, the man is a highly competent surgeon, the episode had no drama or negative connotation whatsoever. The office staff has no respect for the patients. The doctor is great, but that is it.
A very unfortunate experience. Seemed uncaring. My situation was "difficult and complicated" so he ABANDONDED me! Recommended a doctor that doesn't do what I needed. When I asked for other referrals I got ZIP!
I was so lucky that Dr. David Liporace referred me to Dr. Lampuri. She prescribed the perfect protocol for my stubborn facial rosacea, saying could take up to a month to clear up. It cleared within days though I continue to use the cream on my face - just in case..... Had numerous warts that suddenly appeared. She took care of those and removed one that was precancerous,. Attention to detail, par excellence. Thank you, Dr. Lampuri!
Would not go any place else. Far frlom my house. He was highly recommended by Memorial Sloane Kettering Hospital in NYC. .
