Very disappointed. Got a biopsy done and day of suture removal I expressed concern with getting the stitches removed because I was still bleeding from incision site and it didn’t look healed. They told me it was fine and took stitches out. I then had to ask to see a doctor because I was concerned with the bleeding and puss coming out of it. I finally saw a doctor and they were like yep, it’s infected and prescribed me meds. I wish I visited 3 years ago looking at previous reviews. I went to see a dermatologist obviously to get a perfect product recommendation to use for my existing skin concern. The dermatologist Mayra was nice during the assessment however, after the check-out I realized that the ciclopirox shampoo is not in the bag of products that I purchased in the clinic.
