As usual,Dermatology Associates of Knoxville continues to provide me with excellent care. Dr Primka and Jennifer Roop are always kind , listen well and provide practical solutions to my issues. The staff is great, I rarely have to wait more the 5-10 minutes past my appointment time to get taken back.
I’ve had these tiny bumps on my chin for years. Ive seen a slew of providers, and I’ve been told it is acne, hormonal acne, fungal acne, that I need an exfoliant, that I need a different type of exfoliant, etc. I’ve tried every product you can imagine. I saw Jennifer Roop Thursday of this week. Within seconds, she said it was perioral dermatitis and prescribed a topical treatment. Two days later my face has almost cleared completely. I am so shocked and so excited that I finally have a method to clear this up. Thank you!!
My experiences with Dr. Primka are always excellent. He is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The wait time was minimal, and the procedure was quick and painless.
