Dr Crouthers is GREAT. His nurse is GREAT. Can’t say enough good things about them both. The office however is NOT. After a relative’s last appointment, (who was there to start new diabetes meds after recent ICU stay) I stood at the checkout window and made a follow up appt for 1 month. I was thrilled that we able to schedule one for a day I already had off work. This appt was important because new meds were started and his renal function needs to be monitored. First impression, convenient location parking, plenty of space in the waiting room. His office staff, from front to back, were lovely. It seems like in no time at all, I was back in a waiting room and it was mere moments before Dr. Crouthers knocked and then appeared as a young man, with a head of curls.
