I've been going to Derby for three years, and I have had nothing but exceptional service and food. I feel very welcome whenever I enter. So many of my friends and neighbors have had the same experience as I. I've witnessed the bartenders, waitstaff and managers go out of their way numerous times, simply to increase the patron experience. I highly recommend the Derby. Well done and a credit to EGR!

Love the place, love the food, service sucks! Never get a hello from staff, and last night not one person greeted us. I had to say hi, how is everyone doing, and the only thing we got back was if you are ordering a drink do it now we are closing. So sad as a local here we can't even enjoy this place. Big Bobs, and Jose's are great so at least the community has that.

Was in here last night and cannot put into words how rude and disrespectful the bartender was. I have tried and tried to give this place a chance, always thinking the service will get better. As a member of this community, I will never go back and will be sure to continue to spread the word. You have no business being in this community with the way you treat your customers. Will continue to give my business to places that treat their customers with respect.
This place continues to disappoint! Rude staff make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Service is beyond slow and food is mediocre at best.

I truly apologize that your experience was at the level it was as that level is absolutely unacceptable. We have been in EGR for over eight years and it is disappointing to hear that my staff's level of hospitality has dropped off. Our visit was fantastic, and I really appreciated the high level of service. The food was amazing and I think we found our favourite nachos.

We just happened upon Derby Station. Our meal was wonderful, Brad our server added to the evening and special thanks to Stephen the manager he stopped over at our table went above interacting with us and making sure our first visit was fantastic. We are now regulars.

Love this place!! When we first went there the chef came to our table and even treated us to an amazing salad. Food is local and they are green. Great place!!

Love this place. Great food and beer and half off vegetarian/vegan dishes on Meatless Monday. Great to see a restaurant taking part in this and offering excellent menu items for those of us who are vegan.
