We bought a home in here over 4 months ago and it has been a great place to live so far. Beth is amazing and the maintenence guy keeps up with the grounds. My neighbors have been so friendly and the kids are low key. I would give it 5 stars if there were some amenities. We have a private lake that we can't swim in which is a bummer, but at least we can fish and kayak. Keep up the good work around here Beth and Maintenance dude.

Dawn and Beth are amazing! This is the first experience I’ve had buying a home and everyone at Dequindre Estates made it so easy. They were so patient with me while I asked a ton of questions. They were super transparent about what was happening at each step of the process. I would definitely recommend this neighborhood to anyone! I feel so safe and am so happy I chose to live here.
