Great place to drop in! I've been doing crossfit for almost two years and visited many boxes - this place was welcoming and all the crossfitters were nice and encouraging. I recommend this box in West LA!
I dropped in with my wife and some friends and it was a great place to catch a WOD! Matt was a great coach and very knowledgeable. We will definitely return when we come back to town!
