Order from here all the time, tonight was my first and only bad experience with this place. Ordered a sandwich it wasn’t correct, I called and got attitude from the female manager and blatantly called me a liar. Last time I will ever order from the depot!
Rude employees who call you a liar when you call. Cold, not all there, and just slapped together. Ridiculous. Gain some better customer service skills.
good food nice place and friendly staff
keep an eye on the ketchup not sure if is was watered down or it was not mixed well. they gave it in little cups don't know where they get it from.
Food is always good and fresh. Cheese burgers are top shelf.
The Depot is our go-to restaurant in Springfield. It’s always great!
Their food never disappoints!! Always fresh and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience! I would highly recommend!
