I’ve spoken to two ladies over the phone in regards to my contacts feeling different. Both of them seemed as if they didn’t care and was just dry over the phone. I know one was Alicia. I don’t know if the staff changed, but this isn’t okay. Especially when I had to stop by on several occasions to get fitted for contacts instead of just having several brands to try on. This is a waste of money as well if I can’t wear them.

Dr Murphy is awesome. However, Lisa, the person who totals your bill needs to be replaced with someone who knows how to calculate costs after benefits! I got a call after I had left the office and was told I needed to pay an additional $200 for my glasses. When I made my appointment, I had the office staff check my benefits so I knew exactly what I needed to pay when I ordered my glasses. This company has changed so much recently. They bill you things that they don’t bill the insurance coming. As an in network provider they are required to bill the insurance what they are charging you as a patient. When talking to the billing manager about the situation she was extremely condescending about the whole situation. When I tried to talk all she could say was “Mrs. Christopher” I don’t think I’ve ever heard my name said so angrily.
