RecommendedI had my first eye exam in over 30 years back in August. The staff was super friendly, and Dr. Taylor was amazingly patient and very helpful. Brandy has been my eye glasses amiga since the moment I walked in the door. I have found a new addiction in acquiring a multitude of frames to accessorize my eyes for any occasion. I'm so glad I went to DePoe, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eye care!
Brandy is a professional, very knowledgeable, such great patience and so kind. Brandy knows her craft and always stands behind what she says. She is experienced, caring and along with Heather, those two make a great team. Brandy recently guided me though my first purchase of prescription sunglasses, love them! I am a four year patient. Made arrangements to have frame changed out under warranty. Drove across town after 48 hr shift just to be told oops the only person that can fix your glasses just left for stockbridge sorry. Poor customer service not everyone lives just around corner and fuel prices ain't going down. A call would have been great to save me time and money. Well I guess service after the sale is not in y'alls wheelhouse. Never again will do business elsewhere lesson learned.
Excellent service, very friendly and quick! We've been going now for 3 years and have only had wonderful experiences. Brandi has been there to help us each time.
