Dependable Heating and Air is awesome! My elderly mother lost heat to her home on a Friday evening. I searched for a local HVAC company, and found that Dependable was still available while everyone else was closed. I made the call and someone was on site within a half hour! Called Jim at 8:30 this morning (Sunday) due to no heat at one of our rentals. Not only did he come out, but he beat me there! Had it up and running again in less than an hour. Tenants are happy and I'm happy. Nobody else is as responsive as Jim Gau!
