Our A/c was not working. The company we have used for years (& had serviced the unit 2 weeks ago) could not come out until late day tomorrow. Based on reviews on Facebook we called Dependable. Quickly responded & fixed our problem. He was a very nice man, spent time explaining our problem, wore a mask, covered his shoes before entering. What more could you ask for? The old company just lost a customer & Jim has gained a new one.
We had a new furnace installed. We are very pleased with it and are scheduling now for work with central air unit.
Jim was right on time, very professional and super nice. He checked out my furnace and showed me what was wrong right away. He had it all fixed and taken care of in no time, and he was super affordable! I highly recommend him for your furnace repairs and service! Thank you so much!! I definitely give him 5 stars!
My air conditioning stopped working and I called a big name company with 24 hour service. No one returned my calls and when I got to a person they were a week and a half out. I called Dependable Heating and Air at 8:30 this morning and Jim was quick to respond and give me a time to come out. Jim was able to get the parts I needed and have me up and working by 1:30 the same day!!Amazing service, fair pricing and knowledgeable about the unit. We’ll definitely use him from now on for our heating and cooling needs!
Jim is super friendly, honest, and reasonable. Logan Services tried to sell me a new system for $8-10k; for an AC repair. Jim was able to fix my AC unit for $158. He enjoys his work and he likes to save the customer money. I highly recommend him.
