We first had to have Dependable Heating and Air come to our house in 2014. It was a Saturday night in winter, and our thermostat had gone out. He came at 1000pm, and replaced our thermostat with no problems. This week, our air conditioner started making a funny noise, a high pitched whine. I spoke to Jim, explained the problem, and the first thing he asked was if I wanted him to come out the same day!
