I have gone to TLC for over 20 years and have always had wonderful service. I just don’t understand all the bad comments that Dentistry with TLC gets.
I love Dentistry WT/L/C. They never keep me waiting, it's painless and all the staff are wonderful, friendly, and nice.
I was very happy with my experience getting 2 root canal surgeries and crowns. Dr. Meagan was awesome and very caring.i appreciate everyones concern for taking care of me while getting dental procedures done. Erin was very kind and informative while the procedure was happening. Thank you again for being very nice and professional.
I felt “poor shamed” for not being able to get the root canals she wanted me to get and bullied. Dr. Smith told me I would starve and die if I got dentures. I ended up having a panic attack during the procedure because of the constant bullying during my consultation. Very pushy on trying to get something I couldn’t afford. I would not recommend to anyone
Horrible. I was left in a room for at least 45 minutes alone and then a different hygienist came and packed up the dental goodies and told me I could leave. The problem was that NO ONE had cleaned my teeth. I was there two hours for a cleaning.
I thought Rebecca was a very nice hygentist. She has a nice personality.
Receptionist is exceptional! Anna as warm and accommodating as ever!
Really disorganized when. I was there.
