I was to be honest sceptical.I did read the reviews and pondered going for over a month, I made the appointment and came in late due to traffic. I was greeted soon as I walked in and the receptionist even came out and went over each piece of what I needed to fill out. I finished paperwork and waited 2 minutes at best,brought to my chair and Dr Smith was there in less than 5 minutes, she introduced herself ( I never seen her without her mask) and checked me and explained what was going to be needed & I had 2 options . You have a well oiled machine there Very organized. Staff is friendly and upbeat Not sure I agree with How I’m supposed to keep increasing how far my jaw muscles are stretched until it hurts and I can’t eat breakfast So. May not participate in that I believe the first set is perfect and may just stay there. Works super well. Thanks
Friendly & caring staff. Everyone from the dental support staff to the billing department was top notch! The Dr. Smith is the most thorough dentist I have ever seen and undoubtedly one of the best in her field!
