Went in for a problem with my upper plate. Dr. Smith said she could fix it and that it’s not a permanent fix. Which I understood. She told me the plate was wore out and that I would need a new plate fairly soon. Then the financial person came in to go over my options. Which one was to get a new plate at the cost of 2,500 and would take approximately 2/3 weeks and she would fix the plate at no charge although temporary as it may be. I called to ask a question and found out that my appliance was ready for pick up. Three and a half weeks earlier than planned.
Reason for visit: checkup and upgrade of oral appliance for sleep apnea. The device and all the care I received from Dr. Smith and technicians was first rate, as always.
