Good experience
I was extremely nervous about getting my first root canal done. Dr. Bui not only did an excellent job, but he made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the whole procedure. I think it's important to educate a patient so they know the step-by-step process and that is exactly what Dr. Bui, Berkovich, and the team does. I'm not anxious for my follow-up appointment and I look forward to seeing the lovely staff here!
When you deal with Dr. Berkovich's, expect to meet experienced, friendly, professional staff. The offices are, immaculate, surroundings are pleasant and amenities abound. Most importantly, Dr. Berkovich is highly skilled in providing reliable, high quality dental services. I am a hard person to impress. I am impressed with this doctor, her staff and their office.
I want to thank everyone for taking such great care of me in my time of need and for seeing me so quickly as I was in such pain with my tooth. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and very proffesional. I am extremely terrified of needles..and i must say that I did not feel a thing after recieving my needles to get me numb...Chana was beyond excellent giving me those needles in my mouth! The nicest dentist office I have ever been to! They have fun goodies, friendly staff and a clean facility. Everyone really knew what they were doing and I felt like a VIP customer while there. Can't wait to go back :-)

Dr was honest and gentle bot has me scared due to a complicated extraction needed and I don't think I will be able to affod it . I return Tuesday to meet the surgon they us. The staff was very nice and understanding and the office was spotless...not to mention the Blond girl at the desk was more beautiful and I can describe.
Excellent performance by Dr. Berkovich, great welcoming & carrying stuff :) Highly recommended!
