patient I had lots of questions about how the practice worked and how Dr. Thomas Jackson dealt with Children in general. I found him to be kind, easy to talk to and very knowledgable. I wouuld recomend him to anyone!
You couldn't pay me to go back there! My son needed to go for his first dental visit. We chose this place without knowing anything about it. The staff is pleasant to you until you question any of the methods or products they use. The dentist himself was not knowledgeable about some of the latest research out there. At that point the dentist became very unprofessional toward me. The dental tech spoke rudely to my son (4 yo) because he couldn't sit still while taking an x-ray...um , he's 4, he's a boy, and the machine he's loo... read more

Great place! After going to two other pediatric dentists and being disappointed, we tried Dentistry For Kids and think they are awesome. They are patient and take the time to explain everything to the children and parents. My child is on a special diet and they take special care in ordering her special tooth paste. I have always been allowed to go back with my children which I really like. The dentist is knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this dentist to anyone with young children!

Suspicious billing and suspicious filling I took my two kids to Dr. Thomas Jackson in the North Hills location for three years. The doctor seems nice enough and a couple of his staff are outstanding, but last year I completely lost all trust in him when I compared my insurance company's explanation of benefits to my last invoice.
