nice and caring I got up this morning with swelling in my face and my tooth. I like this office I've been searching on the net to find a good dental office and read lots of reviews from multiple dental offices. so, i tried Dream Smile since they havea good reputation. I made my first appointment last week. They give me late afternoon appointment since I work till 5 and it was hard to find an office that will be open after that. Eeconomic dental office My wife and I were looking in internet for a good and honest Dentist. A friend of us recommended Dr.Zerafat. So, we made an appointment for regular checkups. I knew that I had a tooth that was in a bad shape. Dr. Zerafat looked at my X-ray and he said that he can save it for me. I paid 20% of my insurance fee and got it done. That was a good service. He did it in just one visit .His office was nice and clean too.
Professional and Courteous Dentist I lost a filling and had a hole and cavity in a tooth but put off going to the dentist for two months. But I wanted to take care of if before going on vacation for three weeks to avoid possible complications. The dentist said there was a large amount of decay and he had to drill to remove it. Gentle and Professional My first visit to Dr. Zerafat was a few weeks ago. I printed the forms from the website so I did not have to come in early to do the paperwork. I had an exam, xrays and a cleaning. The office looks clean and professional. The doctor, receptionist and assistant are great. The doctor took time to answer my questions. The cleaning was thorough but gentle. I was glad to hear I am good for six months!
Scammer Went in with insurance and he quickly looked at my teeth and determined I needed antibiotic treatment of "four quadrants" at $2,000, $500 out of pocket. This analysis was literally done based on an xray of a crooked tooth and some poking of my gums. He claimed the xray proved I needed the treatment. Call me crazy but how does a crooked tooth signal bacterial growth? He was very short and non-descript with everything he did. The whole experience felt like a scam. Avoid this guy!
Best Cosmetic Dentist I hate going to a dentist. But the bad stains on my teeth really bothered me and I was feeling self-conscious about them so I decided to see a cosmetic dentist. I asked around and Dentist Pacific Beach came highly recommended. I set up an appointment and went in for my teeth whitening. I am very happy with the results. I don’t have to hide my teeth anymore when I smile. Thank you Dr. Zerafat.
Comfortable For the first time in my life I felt comfortable in a dental office. Such a major difference between what I've been experiencing before to what I felt today. Everyone in this dental office was nice and kind. I can't say enough of how I was treated recpectfuly. You should try it for yourself to see.
